Pakistan’s military intelligence agency, the ISI, is facing mounting allegations of involvement in the murder of journalist Saleem Shehzad. Pakistan’s security forces have long committed human rights abuses with impunity, says Ali Dayan Hasan of the Human Rights Watch.
